I have a server that's currently running with no case, but I want to move it into my closet so I need a case for it. I want the smallest case possible that can hold: Micro ATX Mobo, CPU, RAM, PSU, and 2 HDDs. No expansion cards so if that can help make it really slim, that'd be great. Also want something cheap!

Micro ATX cases are pretty cool. I've been looking at them for work. Tiger direct has a pretty decent case that is a reasonable size, at least for me. (http://goo.gl/0mU6V) However you're rarely if ever going to find a case with space for two HDD's. So unless you're willing to give your CD/DVD drive, you're kind of stuck with that.
Are you sure you want to put a computer in a closet? Unless it has decent ventilation, even with a small computer that just never really seemed like a good idea to me.

Define cheap? And how small is small?

The first M-ATX cases that come to my head aren't overly 'cheap'.

Shame it's not free shipping.. Not exactly cheap either. It's smaller than larger cases; but perhaps not small enough for your needs.. If you asked for m-itx cases you'd have a broader range of small cases.. But to accommodate m-atx.. Eh.

I'm pretty sure that case is way too big for your needs though.. Lol. Was the only one that came to my head straight away apart from a Lian Li case (which are all more expensive..)

It's not going to have an optical drive, so I can use the 5.25" bay for the second drive. They closet is actually pretty big so I'm not worried about ventilation. I was thinking something thats oriented horizontally, i.e. motherboard is flat on the ground and PSU/HDDs on top of it.

I'd like to spend no more than $50 if I can get away with it. And size-wise, the smallest case I can get that'll fit everything.

Edit: Also I already have a PSU so I don't need a case that comes with one.

This is the kind of thing I was thinking about: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144162

Another Edit: So those cases are kinda expensive, but I've found two small ones:

The Rosewill is cheaper, probably better quality, but also bigger... Decisions decisions...
