so i currently have a cooler master ML360R aio, that i carried over from my older AM4 rig to cool my 7800X3D. temps when i boot up into windows or load up google chrome, average about 70c. are there any air coolers or aio's that use the stock AM5 mounting bracket? not to fond of having to remove the brackets to install a new cooler. and my case is too big and heavy for me to lift it off the floor to access the back of the case, to install a cooler with custom mounting brackets. if it matters case is a phanteks enthoo primo and my budget atm would prolly be 50$ if i have to remove the AM5 brackets i will but trying to avoid that hence the specific requirement for a cooler

while i could just buy any old AM4 tower cooler i know the AM5 cpus prefer an offset cpu cooler for better cooling

Standard brackets are only 4 screws and you don't have to remove the motherboard from the case as additional screws hold the backplate. I don't think you can find a good cooler that uses the standard AM5 bracket.
From AIOs, Arctic Freezer III is generally recommended as an inexpensive but well-performing cooler. I doubt you'll find anything for $50. AIOs cost about $100. Something from Thermalright may be cheaper, as some models can be found for around $70.

Your Coolermaster should still be fine for this CPU. If your CPU's temperature is below 85°C under load, it's still fine.

@67Elco i was gonna opt for the 420 version since my case supports it how long have you had your cooler and how do you like it

I've had it less than two weeks now...have another on the way to use in the King 95 Ultra build. I just trusted all the reviews on this brand and ran with it...thus far working flawless.
