Need a new video card for a rig, hoping to play Skyrim/BF3 on ultra - advice?

Hi guys, I'm building a new rig. So far I've decided on a Z68 mobo, i5 2500k and 8GB of ram, now the only thing left is a video card. I found a 6850 for for $145 shipped, and I was wondering how good this card is performance wise. I am looking to play Skyrim and Battlefield 3 on pretty high settings. I know specs haven't been released yet, but if you had to guess - would this card be good enough for that, or should I get something stronger? Or, can you make any better recommendations? I don't want to go past ~$200 if possible.

Some people have also recommended a GTX 560 Ti. Thoughts? I will be playing at 1920x1080.

Looks like we will have the same rig then . I`m using 23 inch monitor with max resolution of 1920x1080,i5-2500 (merely the same), GA-Z68A-D3-B3, 2x 4GB ddr3 1333MHz Kingston/Kingmax, and Asus GTX 560 Ti direct CU II (non-top version)..gtx 560 Ti is far more better since I`m using it and overclocked it to 940/1880/4200MHz @ 1.037V

Heh, nice! The only thing I think I am going to overclock is the CPU though, don't know about the video card.

if u need some info about the 6850, u can search for it on the amd sections..but I would prefer Nvidia LOL
