Need advice.... First AMD MB and CPU

Yeah I need some advice about what MB to get for a AMD 1.33 to 1.4 Ghz. I don't need RAID, integrated audio and video. I want something that is stable, supports DDR, and can have a good overclock. Also, where can i get pre-unlocked Athlons? Will raising the FSB while lowering the multiplier to keep the cpu @ normal speed keep the heat down?

The guy's in here seem to like the Epox 8K7A...seriously considering this board for my first box also...Asus and Iwill also make boards that are getting a lot of attention and getting good review's
