Need Advice for New Fan for Heatsink

Well, I got one of those TMD fans that spin 9k rpm and kill psu's and mobos (whichever it's connected to). Here's pretty much what it is. Now, I want to now the best (highest cfm) fan that I can mount on this heatsink. The sooner the better because I need to get it ordered.

it looks like it would take an 80mm fan, if so the highest output i know of is the vantec tornado or sunon ultra high output, both 84CFM
if it is 60 mm then i guess the delta 50CFM would be the best

Well, a certain batch of them were recalled, so I'm sure if you get one now, it won't have that problem. Mine was one of the recalled ones.
