I am looking to buy a new AGP graphics card something like a 6600GT, 6800 or v9999 but I only have a Jeantech PSU, Freq: 50-60 Hz Peak Load: 300w would this PSU be ok or do I need a more powerfull one ? Below are specs of my pc.

pc power & cooling-5yr wrnty-about $220. You will not question your psu if you buy one. Mine was about $160 for the turbo cool 425
 
You'd probably need a more powerful power supply. I'd search for a name brand power supply 400w and up. Antec has the 430w Neo He and any fortron power supply you can find would be great as well.
