Need help choosing graphic card...

I have 2 choices that cost the same so i would like to know if you guys have any knowledge of which is the better grapic-card. The ones i choose between are:

Inno3D GeForce 4 Ti 4600 128 Mb TV-out (Dual RAMDAC)

and

PNY Verto GF4 Ti4600 128Mb TV-out (Dual RAMDAC)

Any help would be nice

If u plan to overclock, choose the one with better memory (lower ns is better), and it seems PNY has the edge over inno3D ..

PNY is the best of them two vid cards
