Need help choosing a new mobo

Just got myself a new Barton2500XP and since it is locked it is new mobo time.
These are the ones that I can buy here and are in the price range.
Getting high FSB is what I am looking for most.

Abit NF-7 Rev1.0

MSI K7N2 Delta-L

Shuttle AN35/N Ultra

And Gigabyte 7N400PRO2 wich is little over the budget

NF7-S Ver 2.0 not 1.0

I have the AN35N Ultra running my 1700+ @220FSB X 10.5 but if you have a locked Barton I'd get the Abit as you'll have more voltage options that the AN35N doesn't offer. You should be able to push your Barton to a 210-220FSB range once everything is burned in.

Good Luck!

How can I see if the board is Ver2.0 and not Ver1.0 ,beside it being printed on the mobo.
Are the the same color

Ok just came back from the store and it is version1.0.
So I can take that off the list. But what about the other mobos

Next board will be the AN35N Ultra - I don't buy MSI, they have a lot of QC issues and usually don't OC very well.

The AN35N Ultra is limited on VDimm only 2.7V and doesn't support VDD/Chipset voltage. Regardless of these drawbacks, I'm running a 220FSB, I know many running 230+ FSBs using Mushkin Black and other memory thats out of my price range.

Though you don't have multiplier options with your Barton you should be able to run a 210-220 FSB on the stock 11X multi which combined with good memory timings should give you plenty of power to run anything you want.

If you're looking for pure OCing, RMA/return your locked Barton and get the lowest XP T-Bred B you can find 1700+ or 1800+ preferably, look for DLT3C version as it runs on a lower VCore than the DUT3C. My next choice would be a 2100+ T-Bred B, these should all run at 2200mhz+ with decent memory, PSU and cooling.

Good Luck!
