A bit more info would help a lot.
How did you try to OC it?
The best way is to leave volts on stock initially and raise the multiplier until you find instability. You can't just assume it'll run a 4.8 with x voltage you need to test your system since they never overclock like someone elses does.

Or you could raise the core voltage to the maxim safe limit and overclock to maxim stable overclock then lower your voltage to see how low you can go.
