Hi i have a Ax6bc ( http://www.aopen.com/products/mb/ax6bc.htm ) i have a Pentium II 350mhz
i have Unlocked it by covering B21 on my Slot1 PII and i have to it to 464mhz ( 4.5x103 ) thats the highest i can get it to boot into windows , i want to Up the Volatge ( vcore ) to my cpu so that i can reach higher Speeds but my motherboard doesnt have any Vcore Adjustment in the bios or on jumpers i was wondering about http://www.bxboards.com/newoctips6.shtml#b21 but not sure if its safe enough is their any other ways of changing the Voltage to my cpu ? or do you recon the one i menchoned before would work fine ?

also i only have 100,103,112,133 Bus speeds the chip ive got should be able to do alot more Bus speeds all the way up to 140 bus well at least thats wat ive seen on web pages about my motherboard chip

Thanks Jester

there are other parts to cover up to vhange the voltage i don know which ones, have a look around

Wow, how did you unlock the pii350? b21 pin? i thought it was only to force 100 fsb on 66 fsb pii's???

is this a motherboard specific trick or can all pii350 be unlocked like this?

i've read a while back about the a14 pin on slot 1 cpus, can't remember what it does though. i read it either at tomshardware or ars technica.

Well the B21 on any PII will stop the motherboard detecting the FSB and Also the multiplyer so that you can set it your self , it can be done with all PII's
