need help overclocking my Xeon W3565 cpu

ok so right now i have an HP Z400 workstation and im looking to overclock my cpu as best as i can, but since the HP bios has the cpu overclocking locked out im guessing im stuck to using software im a total noob when it comes to overclocking in windows 7 also this cpu is at stock settings and is liquid cooled any help will be apreciated below is the pc specs

Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3565 @ 3.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.2GHz liquid cooled with closed loop cooler
RAM: 16 gigs ddr3 ECC 4GBx4
475 watt HP proprietary PSU
GTX 750 TI

You need a motherboard with the ability to change the BCLK to overclock your CPU.
 
Anything X58 based, but they're getting expensive now because it's an old platform.
 
I would say you're correct.
Maybe you can find a used 4690K combo, since you're wanting to overclock.
