When i overclock my celeron 633mhz it runs stable but the highest FSB i can go to is 83 without my video card going out and my sound goes out when I overclock it to the next fsb up ,
NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

I also want help with how to change the voltage, does anyone know how to? when i go to the BIOS I can chnge nything in the pc health section except for the warning temperature

83 MHz may be as high as your Celeron 633 will go (792 MHz. There's no reason going to 90 MHz would bother your video and sound because the PCI bus is automatically set back to 30 MHz. So, it must be the CPU.

You can't change the core voltage. Your board auto-detects the voltage and that's it. It's not really an overclocking board. Very few integrated mobos are.
