Yes.
Load the Safest BIOS settings for an upgrade. I have upgraded with my CPU overclocked before but if it crashed

you would have a dead board!
Then you have to ring Epox and get them to send you a new BIOS chip, 10 secs of time saves a lot of hassle!
Don't forget to test the Default settings, sometimes PC's don't like them (very rare) you don't want an error.
When you're flashing it theres always an area that isn't re-writed. (Near the end) but it lets you know anyway.
As long as theres no RED you ok!
