Need help with Diablo 2 L.O.D.!

Hi all.
I wan't to play D2 over Battlenet with my friends, but for some odd reason my computer is connecting to a server called FSNG or something like that. I want it to connect to the European server. How do I change that?

Under the Battle.net button, there's a smaller button that'll have your server name. Click it and change it to Europe. You'll only connect to european servers that way.

Yaeh, but the European server isn't listed in there So how do I get it in the list?

do have the latest patch installed? Should be version 1.09. The different realm thing should be under the gateway option under the battle.net button.

You'll pro'lly need the 1.09 patch. You can pick it up from www.blizzard.com or www.battle.net or try connecting to one of the battle.net servers listed in-game and it'll download it.

It won't download the 1.09 pacth when I connect to the servers. Anyway I downloades the patch, but it diddn't help.
More suggestions?

Yes, I've read it and there was no answer to my questions...

try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it my friend had that same problem going to the asia server and thats what we did for him
