Need help with identifying vendor or model of my water cooling setup

I have looked at page after page of Google images but can't find this exact setup anywhere.

I'm hoping someone here will recognize it at first sight and tell me the model and/or brand.

All I know is that it's for an LGA 775 CPU.

I really don't know and to me, it looks like a DYI AIO.
