Right click on the shortcut, and go to properties. in the command line type in -Developer. You must have a space between the last of the original line and the -.

yea so the shortcut link should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Remedy\Max Payne\MaxPayne.exe" -developer

heh thats weird, now it lets me apply the changes, b4 it didn't.

That happened to me too. I forgot the space.
