Need help with my 1.6a

Ok heres the deal. I can run windows at 150fsb at default voltage and then it will reboot on me. I have tried vcore all the way to 1.85 and it still reboots. Does this sound like the power supply can't hack it or what. Btw its an antec 300w. And if I need a new one which one should I get?

graphics card ? Infinite looping problem ?
try installing NVMax version 4.01 and see if that happens again.
