Need help with re-set-up

I downloaded the console (I'm running XP home) and started folding away. I entered "32" for the team number, but I had not yet read about advanced set up. I have done 68 frames so far. I am witing for an opportune time to re-install so that I can set the use parameter to "idle" etc. I don't want to interrupt anything in progress. Should I wait until I've done a "unit" and how many frames is that?? And when I set it up again, should I just do a full re-install? Or is there a way to reconfigure what I have already?

All you have to do is start the client with the -config flag (you wont lose your work) although, it is set to idle by default
