Need Help With Sapphire HD7970 Vapor X

get the cheapest one you can find with an after market cooler.
It's all a crapshoot getting one that clocks anyways.
I also wouldn't worry about getting a ghz edition, as all the standard 7970s can clock to 1000mhz and should do more

Persoanlly I'd stay away from XFX, I've read bad reviews about their cooler.
I also read the Gigabyes don't clock for sh*t.

Sapphire, Powercolor, MSI, HIS, ASUS all seem like solid options
 
So just for fun I decided to stress test my card at 1200/1500 using furmark, seemed good no artifacts, pretty good temps(71C) and good fps (92max-81min) but it was still having the GPU clock jump up and down from 1200MHz to 1000MHz not as bad vs playing games.

I am also still confused about the voltage read outs, in games it shows 1.248V but during the stress test it would not go higher then 1.500V.

I hope I am making the right decision by RMN'ing this card and in hopes of getting a better one that works how it should and gives me a decent OC.
