I am new to overclocking and I read in a guide that the multiplier was locked on Intel CPUs. Is it the same for AMD CPUs? Also, I know that if you increased your FSB to 133Mhz and have PC-100 memory, you have to decrease the memory bus (or whatever it is) by 33 so it runs a 100. How and where do you do this/ Finally my last question is about PCI and AGG bus being affected when you change FSB. What is that all about? How do I find out what to change it to and how fast the FSB for the PCI/AGP slots are supposed to be? And where do I change all this? Any help will be appreciated! oh and what is the best CPU and motherboard to begin overclocking?
