Need Mobo Recommendation (K6-2 500)

ok, i need a motherboard for a

k6-2 with 3dnow 500mhz
can support at least 64 megs of sdram dimm per slot
agp slot (tnt2 m64)
and at least 3 pci slots
can be used with an AT power supply.

my mobo died on me recently, and i need an upgrade, but i cant find one that works with my system. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I'd recommend a Soyo 5eh-5. They're still available from Tiger Direct for $69.99. You
might be able to get a better deal on Ebay.

i have that rite now, but it's like 4 years old, but my mobo is ASUS p5a-b.

stable, but don't expect to o/c b/c k6's are *all out* weak; can't game, can't o/c...nuthin.
