Need new BIOS!

I need new BIOS to my motherboard!
anyone know where to fix them?
I got like "locked" BIOS, I cant do anything with them.. i can only adjust the start sequence and such small ****...

I'm thinking that the only place you can get a bios for that is on that site. Usually big makers like IBM have custom bios'/motherboard.
