I recently just finished pulling together a list of components i am going to use to put together a machine; a total build. I have never put in a Water Cooled system and would like some input on any and all aspects of cooling this build. Below I have posted the components for the build. I am open to suggestions of different cases that may be better ergonomically and space efficient (tho I will most likely make upgrades as I go).

Would if be worth is to get a block for the chipset on the Motherboard, or will that not be much of a concern?

No, it just adds restriction and is really not needed.

Also if you havent bought the other parts yet I personally would change the PSU to a Seasonic X-1250. I believe its cheaper and of better quality.

Also do you need 16GB of RAM? As Cheap as memory is it really doesnt matter. just saying.

EDIT: infact you can probably drop to a X850 and save 50$

Thank you for your suggestion on a different PSU. Im looking into it now. I dont really need that much RAM and havent made my decision on it. I shouldnt need anything more than 8 really. Even that will be sufficient. I am alittle concerned about the GPU. It is a good one i believe but would it be necessary for me to get another one?

Ty for your opinions and suggestions.

I have not picked a monitor yet. Just know i am looking for something with a really fast refresh rate and the some of the best resolution available. Any suggestions on that?

Were kinda getting off topic here. but budgets (system and WCing) would be nice.

Its needed because you want the best monitor right? Well I can Say a Dell Ultrasharp 30" monitor then you see that the price is $1200 and you say its too much and we just wasted posts.

But a 580 will destroy anything on 1 monitor, one will be enough.

I appreciate all your suggestion and knowledge. Already these changes cause me to save about $100. But To answer your question. I am coming off deployment soon and have some cash to spend. Budgeting isnt really an issue. I will go for better deals obviously. But for needed performance, I am not afraid to dish out what money is needed.

You should definitely read the sticky, it will get you going in the right direction.
