Need quick advice please

I need to know any info good and bad about the Gigabite GA-7DXR,I know it has the AMD chipset,but I dont know if that is a good thing or bad,and how does it overclock and how stable is it when overclocking,I have a chance to buy one cheap but I know nothing about them

Can't comment on the board but the AMD chipset is rock solid and performs about the same as the KT266A. My Highest memory scores (Before the nForce) were the highest with the AMD Chipset.
