Need SETI Help`

I installed SETI again after not crucnhing for awhile, well i followd the instruction and everything works, but if i leave SETI crunching OR i try to0 transmit a WU i get a BSOD,

says Beginning Dump OF Physical Memory. SO i cannot crucnh til i get this worked out. ANy ideas, it didnt use to do this

had that quite a few time when i pushing it a bit too much. yeah, it crunch fine for a whole WU or two. then always lock up while transmitting. but after i've back up a little (just 1 or 2 FSB), everything works fine.
