Heres a pict of the way the abit kt7 raid motherboard & alpha pep66t is meant to be set up. Thanks to those pesky capacitors theres no way to mount a bigger fan. I have read the article on modifying the original pep66 so that the fan is on the top but for the pep66t it doesnt appear to be an option. I would like to add a peltier to my setup. I have a great external powersupply but realize peltiers generate alot of heat into the heatsinks. Anyone think that the thinline delta can handle cooling a peltier alpha pep66t combo? Or does anyone have a link to an article perhaps showing the modifying of a pep66t to allow a larger fan? I have an 800 pushing 950 now, would like to see if i get over the 1ghz barrier.

There's nothing in that picture that would prevent you from turning the shroud and putting the fan on top. I have 2 done that way on my VP6. With it on top you cound use the Delta 7000RPM fans.
