I know everyone is probably sick of everybody asking which mobo to get, so I apologize for yet another one. Here is my setup:

Maxtor 30gig 7200rpm hard drive
GeForce2 GTS 32MB v-card
256megs Crucial PC2100 RAM
Soundblaster Live X-Gamer
T-bird 1.2Ghz

Ok, now what mobo should I go with. I plan on overclocking this to the extreme but this whole new ddr field has but a lock on the operation. I DO NOT what to go with a VIA based mobo if I can help it. I have only heard bad things about it and I currently have an Abit KT7 with the VIA chipset and it has been a pain in my a** since I got it. One more thing, I would like to have a mobo where I can change the multiplier in the bios like on my Abit mobo. All of the DDR mobos I have seen have dips switches on them and that seems like a pain to hassle with until you find the speed you want. Please let me know so I can get over this hump and start building....thx.

Head over to Tom's Hardware. They have a good review of DDR boards. Also cruise the threads here, there is a ton of discussion regarding which DDR board is the best.
