First off, I want to thank all the people who helped me with my cooling issue...I really appreciate the time and effort that everyone seemed to give. Now that the issue has been resolved and my pc is running flawlessly...I want to take that next step down the road to OverClocking my CPU and Video Card. I would love to get some recommendations as well as ideas on what I should do. I feel real foreign to the science of OCing. Im really gonna need yalls help on this one. Please feel free to ask all the appropriate questions to help us out in anyway.

Here's a brief description of what my box consists of:

-Pentium 4 3Ghz HT
-OCZ Dual Channel 1Gb of PC3200 Memory
-Abit I-S7 Motherboard 865PE
-Seagate 160Gb HDD (not SATA Yet)
-Gainward Geforce FX 5700 Ultra w/ 256MB
-500 Watt Power Supply
-Thermaltake: A1715 Spark 7+ is being used for cooling!
-PCI Card fan for Video
-Antec Super Lanboy Chassis

Here are the pictures of the box if you need them as well:

Thx so much in advance and Im really looking forward to this!
