Need someone to ID a chip for me

I got this old rig from a friend it used to work but he said it stoped sorking so he bought another pc.

I think it work's but not sure about the board it can with a seagate 261 mb hard drive and 16 mb of ram.

I have about 4 of those. I even have one that is 100mhz...kinda rare. Well at least it was back then.
