Need Suggestions for New SSD for ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi

Currently I have SAMSUNG 980 PRO SSD 2TB on my ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi.

I am looking to get another for rebuilding W11 and to have a backup.
Any suggestions on something maybe a little cheaper and as good or better that will be compatible with the ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi?

Hey all. Been away for a bit. So not really sure what is going on. Last PC I built was during covid. I finally upgraded my haswell and 560 gtx, to a 5600x and 3060. (asus b550m wifi and 32 GB Ram. Cheapish LianLi case forget the model. Very black almost no RGB I love it, fat *** bequiet tower...

That heatsink looks huge! If I remember correctly the Samsung barely fit.....wonder if this will fit the ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi?

That heatsink looks larger than the WD.....I thought you said you have one.....or were you saying you have one w/o the WD heatsink?

Well I will report back next week weather or not if it fits......just order one with the HS!

I forgot my case has a glass side so I glanced in and it appears that as long as the HS is no larger than the stick.....all should be good!

Will let you all know!

I'd use the one that came with the board personally. Unless you're transferring huge files frequently, it wont really benefit much.
