Good choice on the mobo (I have one of these although I don't use the energy-saving functions), videocard, and processor, and the drives aren't bad (although I use Seagates mainly myself).

Why not get 6400/ddr2 800 RAM instead though? 4 gigs of PC6400 G-Skill is like $80-90 bucks these days, and you can get 2 gigs of CAS 5 for ~$40.

I would get ddr2 800 ram, theres a red gskill kit for $44 that would be nice in that rig.
