new 160m 240v monstar

so ive recently got a 160mm 240v fan (irecon 150-200cfm)
but heres the problem it has not 2 or 3 wires but 7 thats right 7 what could they be for?
and which do i connect to make it go?
heres some facts about it:
its a plannette made by plainnair ltm
in july 1970
supply: 115/230v 1ph 50/60htz
speed 2700/3400rpm
all this stuff is writen on the side
ive tryed to google it but theres not make-model number

usally with 12v stuff id just plug it in and play but its not the same with mains stuff

Could it be for 3-phase AC? That would make it 4 wires (+1 for rpm?) though.

I don't know unless you can post pics or something....

yer thats what i thought too, but it says single phase, a second thought, it could be to inable different things like one wire set is for 2700rpm another for 3400rpm

so after abit of playing and muti-meter action i got this diagram:

so the second wire down is ment to be yellow not white, or there would be 2 whites
