I tried to Download them but the link did not work. I got the news from AMDZONE.com . However ASUS should offiacially reclease them soon.

Lets ALL PRAY together that CPU MULTIPLIERS will be OPENED !!!!!

ya baby that would be gr8, maybe ya better hold off before u do that mobo mod there jubei. all we can do is hope .

Multiplyers are already available. Use 1004 bios, unlock the L1 bridges, and join dipsw 10 with some wire. Leave in jumper free mode and the worlds your oyster

thats what I wanted to do.... But the 1004 bios increase Heat by 10 degrees. At leas that's what others say.

But I can't Understand why would ASUS release A7A without the CPU multipliers switches, and than JUST few weeks later thay released NEW version of A7A with switches......

They should at leas give US New BIOS with multipliers enabled.......
I don't have RAM yet. Still running of PC66 and PC100 both at 133mhz, but as soon as I get PC2100 I will do the MOD if ASUS won't release new BIOS.

This is getting ridiculous..............................

The actual temp hasnt increased m8, just the compensation used by Asus.

All mobo makers use their own compensation due to the fact that the duron and tbird do not have a built in sensor as in the Intel cpu's.

The little thermo under your cpu, only measures the air in the zif socket. To get a rough idea of what the cpu is running at, each mobo manufacturer uses compensation.

You can never compare temps across different mobos. Asus will nearly always run hotter than Abit or Iwill simply due to the compensation. They actually run at the same temp.
