You won't get anywhere near 7000 in 3DMark03 with a 9600 Pro. I scored 6700 with a 9800 Pro so maybe you'd get 5000 with that video card. My 9800 Pro is stock and only moderately OC'ed so, yeah, 7000 is no problem with the right 9800 Pro or XT.

DaveB's right; a Radeon 9600 Pro will not hit 7000. At stock you'll get anywhere from 3400 to 3700. The highest *real* 9600 3dmark03 on the ORB is about 4800, and that's with a madly overclocked card.

OK, screw it, like I said, I only wanna make sure this is running as it should. It's not a Gaming rig, and it's not even Mine (well, it will always be mine in the sense that I (ME) created it, and brought it life, and Raided dual 160 gig SATA WD HDs, and...oops, there I go again.)

anyway, I think I'll call it a done deal then. I'm gonna run Prime95 on it tonight (allnight) and that should do it.
