New Build - Suggestions - Liquid Cooling

Hey all,

Time to upgrade. Coming from a i7-930 OC'd around 4ghz, air cooled. Almost 10years on this processor/gigabyte board.

I'm looking at the core i5-9600k, a z390 board, memory and a new case. (I'm open to other processors and parts) I want to be able to overclock and I'm going to go the custom liquid cooling route.

Looking for suggestions on a case/water gear and what components respond best to OC. I'll be carrying my gtx 1070, mushkin 1tb SSD, modular 850w evga power supply over to the new case/mb/processor/memory.

I found this open concept case, kind of cool. I just want something a bit different for design. I don't really have a budget. I'll use the rig for gaming/browsing mostly.

I really like that case, looks awsome, but dont want any part of trying to keep the components clean in it.

I agree, very cool case but high maintenance to keep dust off components

I just did a build in a Fractile Design S2. I have to say I am very happy with it, but no RGB or anything like that, sort of old school look with tons of room for water cooling

If you live near a Micro Center you could save 30 bucks on the CPU motherboard combo, that is in store only though

Yeah here in Los Angeles an open case like that requires it's own maid... The desert dust is real here and I have to focus on positive pressure inside of my case.
