If you search "Realtek" in Windows, it doesn't show the audio software?

Also, a screenshot of your results are perfect. Better than a text file we need to DL... scary to see a text file to DL in a forum, lol......

Was there something wrong with the way I did it??

Well, you can see how simple looking at a screenshot is compared to everyone needing to DL a text file and trying to decipher it, no? Was it wrong? No. But are there better ways to get the information out (without DLing a file)? Absolutely.
