I love my current case, but its heavy, and steel. Steel and water dont mix. So im looking for an aluminum case. I want it to be similar to mine. What it needs:

120mm Exhaust in rear

Removable hard drive bays, with removable bracket via screws(most use rivets)

The little plastic dohickys that let you just slid your cdrom drives in and out.

Sleek look, either black or silver

BIG BIG BIG, need to fit chevette heatercore in the front

I was looking around newegg and found several that meet most of the requirements, but most dont have a 120mm exhaust, and use rivets. Otherwise I wouldnt be asking. So....whats a good case? Im kinda on a $100 budget.

The only ones even close to my specs are the PC-70 and the Cheiftechs. The problem is, they have 80mm fans and use rivets, so when I take the drive bay out I cant put it back in.

Not sure you are going to find that BIG BIG BIG, aluminum and cheap are going to mix any better than oil and water ;)

A great WC case is the AOpen h700b. It has gobs of space for a heatercore, has the slide out mobo tray, the drive rails you want etc, but its not aluminum.

Threre arn't many (if any from the major case players) full-tower aluminum cases, besides those from Chieftec and Lian-Li. And those from Chieftec and Lian-Li don't use 120MM fans the way you would like. An aluminum full-tower Chieftec for $70 is a very good price (considering some Lian-Li's go north of $199). You may consider purchasing one just the mod it to fit your specific needs. Or stay with the big steel case you have :)
