I'm planning on buying the largest Chieftec case (DA-01SL-D for the silver coloured). But I need to make sure it's the one with 3 fans in the front and two at the back. It seems to be one in the side too and one above the PSU. Please confirm this coz some stores even say you can only put in a single fan....

I'm getting this case mainly for the PSU. The case is cheap if you take away the price for the PSU.
It's only 360W though, so I'm planning to go dual with my Codegen 300W. Is this a good idea? And if my 300W is going to power the CD and HDD, do I need some load on the 3,3V to use the 5V?

As long as the case will accomodate the two PSUs, you shouldn't have a problem. Look through the Dual PSU post, and you'll find several methods of dual hookup, and quite a bit of discussion of the matter.
