New Crucial DDR2700 speed

I just bought me 2, 512mb sticks of PC2700 crucial i intend to pair in a new i845PE mb, and bought a new p4 2.4G processor i'm hoping is the new "C" stepping. I'll probably attempt some overclocking, and was wondering what speeds you guys think I can reasonably be able to obtain with that setup, primarily with respect to the memory.

I'm kinda wishing i had ponied up for some PC3200 xms corsair sticks, but i just couldnt do it with that massive price tag.

Crucial pc2700 should max out around 185Mhz at default votage, your milage, of course, may vary
