new drivers doesn't work, geforce2ultra

Hi! just installed detonator 4 drivers, and all I get is blank screen, when windows is almost loaded. Detonator 6.50 works
fine, and 14.40. But >20.xx not.
I really need those detonator 4 drivers! What is wrong?

the det4 drivers arent really made for geforce2's they are for the geforce3's and 4's. Im using the det 6.50 drivers which are the best for the geforce2 family. you lose performance with newer drivers if u dont got a geforce3

My previous vid card was a GeForce 2 Ultra and I found that the best results I ever got were with the Detenator 12.90's anything after that and performance just started going down hill.

You might want to try the 23.12 drivers. My Fiancee has a GF2 MX400 and I have the GF2 Ti and we both use them.

try the 23.12 whql drivers,ive had major probs with non whql drivers for some reason

Hello all, I have Elsa GF2 Ultra. I have no problem with the card or any drivers. You might have to check MB Bios setting. I wish I can help you more

ummm...i have found that the Det4s are ultimately better than the Det3s ....if youre able to install them ....good luck guys...my 3dmark with 12.90 was around 2800 stock(with old system)....with 27.42 i was getting 3300 stock...big difference
