There is a new fan available on the Golden Gate/Gladiator. Its a YS Tech 40 cfm. What is this fan? Ive never heard of it. What is the noise level like? I dont see a db spec on that page.

*edit* sorry I put http:// in twice by mistake, that link should work now

the picture shows a YS tech fan that has 40CFM. I bet it is loud. I will look at the fans page too.

No thats definatly a YS Tech fan, click on the close-up. You can read YS-Tech on the sticker on the fan, plus the delta fan is a 38 cfm not 40 cfm.

yeah, but in the the specs they say 40cfm delta fan. I don't know, but the specs for the delta vary some. The usual is 6800 but I have seen 7000 elsewhere. Running 12V at home, my delta runs at 7600rpm so it can certainly vary. I don't know, how about someone buy it and tell us what it is!

I'll buy one of these when I get back from Vegas this weekend, I have to call since I am in Canada and I just haven't felt like doing that yet.

I have one of these on a duron 750. It is extremely loud. Definately not for every user. It is loud enough to be annoying. my motherboard's monitor says that the speed of the fan is 7700rpm!!!!!!! Kinda high. The airflow is insane tho....
