IMHO, They mostly sell bling/bling...I wouldn't personaly buy it...Is the fan for the AX 7 in your sig?

Mount the fan included on to the heat sink. First insert the four screws through the holes at four corner of 80mm fan.

No Bling Bling just raw power. Coolermaster Crap verus a dualmotor delta is like a Yugo racing a corvette

Actually, I would just get a Panaflo H1A instead of one of those.
