New IT7II Version 2.0 mobo?

What do you guys think of this new Abit IT7 mobo ? ddr333 support with the 845PE chipset? potentially good overclocker?looking at building a new system curious about this new board coming out. Planning on a 2.26 or the 2.66 cpu on H2O ? All input is appreciated.
