Just got my new KX7, dropped in the 1600XP chip, turned on once to make sure nothing stupid on my part and then set to 1680 with no additional changes. Cheap fan & HS but I did lap it.
Rock solid so far. Think I'll go to 1700 and then run for a week or so. Good cheap speed. I love it.
