New Linux core

People have noticed that the Linux core_65 recently got slower (http://forum.folding-community.org/viewtopic.php?t=1287&highlight=). Guha has put a new one up.

If you'd like to use it, just delete your current core.

Thats another one I have to TRY to get

the windows core_78 is for a Gromacs WU. It's similar to the older tinker core_65, but much faster in most cases.
