I am unclear as how to get my completed w/u's uploaded so that the Overclockers SETI team gets credit for the work.
I was looking through the SETI forum and read some info, and 'IF' I understand it correctly, that if I set my driver up like this (see picture) and hit "Transmit" I will upload my completed w/u's AND download some to complete?
Please help me to make sure I don't screw this up.
I sent my first w/u to an email link that I think went to SpeedDJ. (Was confused about that too)
Thanks for the help.

Yea just click transmit, it'll process. Your WU will be cached and then sent from the SetiQueue server you have directed it to, also YES you'll be credited, and the team!

What queue you using? That is not one of ours. Use one of these, I prefer b-doggs his is first since his has backups running. Put one of those in your driver boxes and if you have a 24-7 connection drop you disered cache to 5-10.

ip address=129.130.176.109 port=5517
ip address=24.64.21.133 port=500
ip address=64.217.28.189 port=5517

That is a picture from a post in the SETI forum. (a sticky, I think)
Anyway, I used the 129.130.176.109 port 5517 address.
Now, one more dumb question...how do I set up the driver so it knows my information?
Thanks again. (soon, I'll get this all set up)

It already does, when you entered your info into the command line client driver then knows.

If you use SETISpy you have to configure it..other wise the seti driver knows your info when you DL WU's for the first time...click HERE For the setup instructions...you can also use this addy for your seti queu...its mine..its new and there are no users..except my two clients. you can check the status here: http://24.163.9.210:5517 type the addy 24.163.9.210 in the proxy box and 5517 in the port box

also, if u do have 24/7 connection, check the "auto transmit" button. if u don't, then uncheck it, and manually hit "tansmit" when u r online.

good luck!!

crunch on!! ;)
