yup, a new memory brand on the block and it's a great over clocker. I have been trying to find out a little bit about this mem but so far my investigation has revealed nothing. First of all, check out these chips...
at first I thought these where TinyBGA, but now I don't think they are. what are these? Has anybody seen these before? They are about 2/3 the size of a regular mem chip.
Now check this out, the sticker rates the ram at 2400
However, printed on the board it 2700!!
This ram is kicking 170 Mhz at cas 2.5 in my KR7A-RAID at the min. And is performing a little better than my old corsair XMS2400.
It will take 160 at CAS 2.

If anybody knows anything about this ram or what these chips are, then let me know
