New Multiplier in KT7 Bios ??

I just updated my bios night befor last, not the latest, but newer than the WW that i was using. The multiplier now has an option for 12.5~17, and i was wondering what that does/

what motherboard? Im still learning all the mobo stuff... The reason I ask is my mobo is a MSI K7T Turbo MS 6330... and I have failed misserably in trying to flash the bios... let me know please if this is the same mobo you have... I would try to explain it to you but I dont think I could make it to understand, as to I am horrible at giving directions... sorry...

Mobo in sig, and subject, Abit kt7. I got the bios flashed just fine, i was just wondering what this new setting in the multiplier list is.
