Just go ahead and flash it, there's no other way to try the bios out. It may be intimidating if you never did it but once you do you'll be flashing back and forth trying everything out for yourself, trust me.

Yes you have to flash to try it out. You sound a little new to this, but don't worry you'll pick it up fast enough. Just double check before you do something. It's kind of like measure twice cut once

new bios for th7-II

hi mr. natural,
i have a new bios from abit i'm using it now it cured the cold boot problem but it only increases the voltage to 1.7 maybe you could get this up to 1.8 like your other bios.

I am running the 7D myself. Very stable . I did do the Vid Pin Mod to cure the low voltage problem
