I think most of the "trouble" people have with hitting 200FSB have very little to do with what RAM they are using. Most of those, I'd wager, are CPU/northbridge/timing issues (or combinations thereof). I'm sure some percentage is the memory, but I've read on these very forums where people have returned PC3500 RAM because it would not crank up to 217MHz FSB when the manufacturer claimed it would.

Where did you purchase your OCZ and how is it compared to the XMS3500? :confused:
I am still vasilating over which one to buy.
